How to properly apply perfume for long lasting scent
To get the most out of your fragrance, apply it to your pulse points—areas where the blood vessels are closer to the skin, which naturally radiate heat and help diffuse the scent.
Target Your Pulse Points & Clothing: Apply perfume to key pulse points like your neck and wrists to help the scent develop and last longer. You can also lightly spritz your clothes from a safe distance to avoid staining—just be sure to hold the bottle far enough away (about 20 cm) so the fabric doesn’t get damp or marked.
Spray From the Right Distance: Hold the perfume bottle about 10–20 cm (4–8 inches) away from your skin. This allows the fragrance to disperse evenly without overwhelming a single area.
Let It Set Naturally: After spraying, avoid rubbing the perfume into your skin. Rubbing can break down the fragrance molecules and alter the scent.
Spritz—Don’t Mist: Use a short, direct spray rather than creating a cloud to walk through. Misting wastes product and results in less fragrance settling on your skin.
Tip: Apply perfume to clean, moisturized skin right after a shower for best absorption and longevity.

I like how naturally this fragrance develops. It starts aromatic and spicy, then moves into a greener vetiver character before becoming woody and slightly earthy. The suede makes the ending particularly smooth.
This perfume works surprisingly well in different settings. The basil and cardamom give it a clean beginning, while vetiver and patchouli add character later. It feels professional during the day but still works nicely for dinner.
The fragrance has a strong masculine personality without being overwhelming. I get a fresh spicy opening, followed by earthy vetiver and subtle floral touches. The suede and woods leave a sophisticated impression after it settles.
This is a very versatile fragrance for me. The aromatic opening feels fresh and lively, then the vetiver and woody notes bring in a more mature character. The suede in the dry-down makes it feel smooth and refined.
