How to properly apply perfume for long lasting scent
To get the most out of your fragrance, apply it to your pulse points—areas where the blood vessels are closer to the skin, which naturally radiate heat and help diffuse the scent.
Target Your Pulse Points & Clothing: Apply perfume to key pulse points like your neck and wrists to help the scent develop and last longer. You can also lightly spritz your clothes from a safe distance to avoid staining—just be sure to hold the bottle far enough away (about 20 cm) so the fabric doesn’t get damp or marked.
Spray From the Right Distance: Hold the perfume bottle about 10–20 cm (4–8 inches) away from your skin. This allows the fragrance to disperse evenly without overwhelming a single area.
Let It Set Naturally: After spraying, avoid rubbing the perfume into your skin. Rubbing can break down the fragrance molecules and alter the scent.
Spritz—Don’t Mist: Use a short, direct spray rather than creating a cloud to walk through. Misting wastes product and results in less fragrance settling on your skin.

The first spray is fresh and slightly spicy from the ginger. The scent then develops into smooth woods before the vanilla becomes more prominent. The progression makes it feel much more interesting than a basic everyday perfume.
I prefer fragrances that have some sweetness but still feel masculine, and this one gets that balance right. The woody middle gives it structure while bourbon vanilla makes the finish soft and pleasant.
