How to properly apply perfume for long lasting scent
To get the most out of your fragrance, apply it to your pulse points—areas where the blood vessels are closer to the skin, which naturally radiate heat and help diffuse the scent.
Target Your Pulse Points & Clothing: Apply perfume to key pulse points like your neck and wrists to help the scent develop and last longer. You can also lightly spritz your clothes from a safe distance to avoid staining—just be sure to hold the bottle far enough away (about 20 cm) so the fabric doesn’t get damp or marked.
Spray From the Right Distance: Hold the perfume bottle about 10–20 cm (4–8 inches) away from your skin. This allows the fragrance to disperse evenly without overwhelming a single area.
Let It Set Naturally: After spraying, avoid rubbing the perfume into your skin. Rubbing can break down the fragrance molecules and alter the scent.
Spritz—Don’t Mist: Use a short, direct spray rather than creating a cloud to walk through. Misting wastes product and results in less fragrance settling on your skin.
Tip: Apply perfume to clean, moisturized skin right after a shower for best absorption and longevity.

I like fragrances that don't need to be extremely loud to have character. This one has a calm confidence to it. The sandalwood and amberwood feel rich, while musk and vanilla soften the later stages. Definitely a fragrance I'd wear for dinner.
The fragrance starts quite woody, but the later stages are what really surprised me. The ginger gives the vanilla a little warmth and spice instead of making the dry-down simply sweet. I find it particularly nice during cooler evenings.
I wore this with a blazer for an evening event and it fit the occasion beautifully. It has a refined opening, but the patchouli and ambergris give it more depth as it settles. The vanilla adds softness without making it overly sweet.
This has become one of those perfumes I can wear without thinking about the occasion. The cedar and amberwood give it a masculine woody backbone, but the lime keeps the scent from feeling too dense. It works surprisingly well for both work and casual evenings.
The opening immediately feels green and airy to me, with bergamot adding a clean citrus brightness. After a while, the rose and black pepper become more noticeable. The bourbon vanilla in the dry-down gives the fragrance a warmer, smoother personality.
